About Renex
Renex is an Australian engineering consultancy focused on distribution-connected commercial and industrial solar PV and BESS projects in the 30 kW–1.5 MW range.

Why Renex exists
The market contains many broad engineering firms. Renex is deliberately narrower: a specialist partner for C&I project teams that need connection, design and technical work to remain coordinated and understandable.
Defined around 30 kW–1.5 MW distribution-connected C&I solar PV and BESS rather than an unlimited list of market sectors.
Each engagement has a clearly identified technical owner so project context and decisions do not disappear between layers.
Applications, studies and design work are intended to flow into practical drawings, schedules, interfaces and project delivery.
Inputs, scope, milestones, risks, open items and technical responses are made visible instead of hidden inside a black-box process.
Working model
The process is intentionally simple. It is a way to keep the design basis, network pathway and delivery support connected from the first technical review onward.
Understand the site, project objectives, existing electrical arrangement, system intent and missing technical inputs.
Develop the technical basis and the drawings, schedules, calculations or study inputs needed by the project.
Prepare and manage the DNSP application with the design assumptions and operating requirements clearly aligned.
Carry the project context through RFIs, revisions, installation queries and handover.
Who we work with
Renex does not position itself around developers as a separate client category. The website keeps the audience structure aligned to the people most likely to engage the engineering work directly.
Engineering capacity for grid connection, detailed design, studies and technical delivery support on individual projects or recurring C&I pipelines.
Independent engineering support where scope, design, compliance and delivery decisions need a client-side technical view.
Uncontrolled promises about approval speed, unqualified “best quality” claims, or the idea that one consultancy must do everything. Network timing is not fully controlled by the engineer, and credibility is stronger when claims can be evidenced.
